onSafe VVMS software
is network virtual video matrix. It switches IP digital video
flows between sources (cameras, encoders) and destinations
(monitors, decoders) and is designed for efficient, stable
operation of sites with hundreds of cameras and monitors from
one or several control centers.
The onSafe DVVMS very quickly executes,
in parallel, hundreds of orders for connection and disconnection
between video sources and destinations. Orders are issued
by the operators or by automated tasks. Video connections
are performed so that video switching on the monitors is free
from transitions or distorted frozen images. The DVVMS manages
user privileges and priorities to control hierarchical access
lo limited resources as dome telemetry.
It is designed to operate continuously
24 hours a day and includes monitoring of live connections
that reconnects sources with destinations in case of network
signal failure, loss of supply or other spurious incidents,
freeing users of manual reconnections.
