The FiberGate Call Box permits the voice, data and optionally video connection to a control centre by Optical Fiber and with IP technology.

It has two buttons for voice call requests (a user call and a service call) that can be send to different control centers.

It has programmable messages and tones, as the communicating tone or waiting call, to inform the user the state of his request call.

The Call Box has the possibility of connecting up to 4 cameras and of sending video images compress with MPEG-4, to different control centers by multicas
